I have opinion for the hotel’s restaurant, which is really good. A bit higher prices but the quality reflects the prices.

In the restaurant, they put the sauce that I ordered for my vegetarian girlfriend in the lamb when it was specified to be separate. When I explained the situation, including the part that my gf is vegetarian they offered to remove the sauce and put it separately. I guess it is not obvious why this is not an option for them. I ordered a new sauce and paid for it.

The hotel is very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Nice hotel with outstanding staff, always very helpful and friendly. It's my favourite hotel in Sofia.

Really friendly hotel with a fantastic spa and great massage opportunities, gorgeous restaurant too. Right by the zoo, not far from a metro station. Loved staying here!
