I chose this restaurant after looking at the reviews. I have lived in this country for 10years but this was the worst experience i ever had. It took me many days to recover from the trauma this place has left. Believe me this incident was before 2months . I can still never forget the treatment we got. I dont know if it was racism or something else. We were offered a corner place instead of we requesting for a table which was empty right in front of us. The server approached us like after 15minutes without the menu cards. He brings them upon asking for them. We order like 3 dishes, obviously as much as we can eat. He goes is that it? is that all? Later he brings the drinks after 10 minutes and the food after 20more minutes with one dish missing, We wait for 30 more minutes and i wave my hand at the manager. The manager just gave me a straight look into my eyes for more than 30 secs and then turns away. I was just shocked. I couldnt believe what was happening and why. We just ate and paid and left. Obviously the bill came like after 20 more minutes. I asked if we can pay by card. The waiter said wait for a while and went on to another table. I just left the money on the table and left the place. I really feel sick even today when i remember this incident.

We ordered a few meals and 2 of our portion of potatoes were suspiciously small .We did an inquiry and it turned that insisted of usual 250gm they were 80gm less which is ridiculous for expensive potatoes. Olso the shopska salad was made from cheep tomatoes and to salty. Overall really bad experience .However the manager tried his best to help but i think the rest of the staff are to be considered.

I'm extremely biased in writing this review. Pizzeria Verdi is a chain of pizza restaurants and ever since I was a child, I just love them. I would argue that the atmosphere is cosy and that the place is perfect for families, because it is, plus the pizza and other food options are great. But as I said, I'm biased.

Great service. The meatballs are phenomenal and the pasta is very fresh and cooked perfectly. I go back sometimes just to get the meatball appetizer with the mozzarella bread.
