It was really disgusting.
All staff have no smile,kindness,or manners. All they have is the tall building with a nice view.
What's more, when I was having breakfast buffet in the restaurant, I saw a man with a doorman uniform pick up our foods by hand.
He'd be the last person to learn his lesson.
If this hotel were in Tokyo,it would be 2 stars at most.
Keep away from this terrible hotel !

Hotel Bulgaria is a nice hotel, very clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is of good variety, the only problem is the toaster it take's forever in such a large hotel there should be more than one toaster, I enjoy toast but if someone is waiting to use the toaster you end up taking the toast out not toasted properly.
