The view of the city is nice. But the food was lousy. The risotto wasn't properly cooked and the presentation cheap. I ordered some water and they brought over a tiny bottle bottle of water that could barely fill a small cup. Expect to spend a minimum of U$45 a plate (at lunch time) or more if you add expensive drinks.

It is a pity that the crew that work in this restaurant (by the way, with an incredible view of São Paulo) are so much rude and not at all efficient.
Also, there is not any security control for getting in to the building. 👎🏼

Absolutely stunning view of Sao Paulo. This is a must do for any visit to this amazing city.

The attention was awful. We sat at the table and our waiter did not bring the cardapio nor asked us if we wanted something to drink. The manager was also extremely rude and when we mentioned we were not treated respectfully he was very rude instead of apologizing. Nor recommendable at all.

Nice restaurant for a romantic dinner for two which offers one of the best views of the city. Some years ago you could enjoy the view for free during afternoon, but I don't know if that's still possible.
The restaurant is located in an old skyscraper building in the old center of São Paulo, which is quite a sketchy neighbourhood at night.
The food itself is good. Nothing extraordinary considering the price of about R$150 per meal, but definitely presented in a very nice form and ambient. There are many wines to choose from, ranging from very expensive bottles to small bottles with a decent price.
I would recommend Terraço Itália for a nice date, but if its just about the food, there are better options in this price segment in nicer neighbourhoods.
