Off the main drag in Basčarš but worth a stop. Not a čevap place, but good options including veal steak with egg (photo). The best is their salad which, while not unique, is too excellent to wait for a photo. Includes: tomatoes, radish, cabbage, beets, mint, corn, cucumbers, and lettuce

This is the restaurant of the famous former Galatasaray football player, Tarik Hodžić. This is a good enough reason to go, but the food and friendly service, not to mention the low prices, are also good reasons. We needed a quite and light meal and decided to try they Galatasaray. We were not disappointed. The daughter of Hodžić was there, and she was very kind, as were the two ladies who serve and cook. The food was as good as you will find anywhere in town, and the salad was particularly good. A single salad can easily feed two people.
