Very friendly staff. The nailvarnishes are excellent, better than any other brand. Unfortunately I'm allergic to almost all of their products but do like the shower gels which come in luscious scents. The shampoos leave my hair greasy but make my cat's fur extremely shiny and glossy. If you sign up for their loyalty card they send you discount vouchers etc.
