Lovely hotel in a great location, very helpful receptionist or helped us park. If you don't know where the carpark is you'll never find it so ask for help. Only complaint was the breakfast wasn't for my taste being English!

Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location close to the market square. On site parking available.

The Acacia is a wonderful hotel. My wife and I have stayed here many times and have always had a nice experience.

Very comfortable hotel in centre of Bruges. Staff were all brilliant and spoke fluent English and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast had a good selection and plenty of it.
Bar was reasonably well stocked and fairly priced and it was very pleasant drinking in the courtyard late in the evening, rather than try to find a seat in a crowded bar.
Although some of the decor was a little dated, it just made the stay more comfortable and definitely a positive difference to modern chain hotels.
