GREAT BAR! Great Live Music! Nice Ambiente! However, as Austrian I miss two things: (1) Authentic beer from Austria instead of Heineken dishwater. (2) Sometimes - maybe once an evening - some Austrian classic ski song. Ok, I know this bar is very international, BUT 2 evenings without "Skifoarn" is not possible.

I've been coming to Silver Bullet for a few years now, mostly due to a lack of better options in Bad Gastein. There is usually a decent sized crowd to start off with, but it quickly fizzles out because the music is so terrible. On New Year's Eve they literally had the worst DJ I've heard in 15 years of going out, and he managed to scare off even the most drunk partygoers by 3am. Quite an achievement for a night when everybody tends to be in a great mood no matter what. Drink prices are ok, and staff is decently friendly, but that can't compensate for the terrible mood.

In winter, the best apres ski in Bad Gastein. In summer, lovely place to chill outside in the sunshine.
