Quite possibly the WORST patient service ever, unlike their branches where the pathology nurses are pleasant, however at the Wollongong branch they could not have been more rude, impolite and abrupt if they tried. A simple hello works wonders.

These guys do a great job and even when the waiting room is full I've never had to wait for a length of time that I would consider unreasonable.

Very poorly managed. Despite the preplanned appointments, you end up waiting 30-50 minutes beyond your planned time only to be told in the end, without a bit of care or concerns that you've to reschedule your appointment as the technician/sample collector got sick in just last 20 minutes.
Overall horrid experience despite being on time and staff at the reception is in particular least apologetic or empathising toward the ailing or their time.
