Disinterested. Requested information about free camping from here to SA border and was requested to ask at Portland Tourist information centre as they would know more. Really!!

Great location up high on the hill. I will rate the museum separately. We got a warm welcome for the museum and they were very helpful. Further in is the information centre where they have a bit of information about the area and further on the great ocean RD. However unfortunately the staff member we got only told us about the places we had already seen that morning, and said "there isn't much else to do in the area". Shame for the town as this was our welcome to the place. Having said that we proved he wrong and enjoyed the place. I am rating as per my experience and believe this is not everyone's experience
