Excellent punctuality, usually have appointments open on the day, and Dr Al Mahaye in particular is very reasonable and understanding of problems I've usually dreaded mentioning.

The reception staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, pushy, and unhelpful. My son was extremely unwell and crying, and the condescending attitude I received from her due to his noise, almost left me speechless. Instead of making a scene, which I'm almost sure she wanted me to do, I left, on the verge of tears myself, with my sick son unseen to. I will not return.
