The worst experience ever!!
First started with a dirty car outside and in which also had a bad smell.
Other than that it ran well with no problems......Until oops sorry we have given you $1000 to much on your security deposit. No problems I said when I see it in my account I'll drop in and sort it out. In the meantime they make two more transactions one of $1 and one of $500 with in the process over drew my account and put a freeze on it until the money in cyberspace reaches my account. Very unhappy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

the service on the phone by Perth Airport is disgusting I was complaining to the customer service and was answered with a ( oh my god) to my queries as if I was the problem. This is the last time I book with Hertz and if it was not such a hassle to cancel my booking I would.
