Really really really poor service, show no respect to coupon user, why u always advertise on all kinds of coupon website but never remain any relations with customers. Will never be back after only one poor treatment, will tell all of my friends not to buy

Purchased a Groupon voucher for 3 IPL sessions at Platinum... Sure, it is a nice little salon - but sorry to say I've been left quite disappointed.
I requested to change my last appointment with a few days notice. I was told that there was a short waiting list and the voucher was to expire the next week - but they would keep me posted on a new appointment. I told them I could come anytime in the next week but I never received a call back to reschedule or anything. Presuming they're no longer honoring the voucher - or it's just their bad customer service?
They've been promoting the same IPL deal via referrals, so I wonder if the referral clients have an 'expiry date' on their treatments too? I had recommended it to 4 of my friends, but have now advised them to go elsewhere.
With no follow up (or apology) i've put this down as a loss - as I've already paid for it. Really, it only takes 15 minutes, so I doubt that rescheduling my visit after 'expiry' would've been detrimental. The procedure is quick and relatively painless, but I've been left disappointed with Platinum's customer service.
