Great therapist and actual services but for a 3 hour spa day spending a bit of $$$, I would expect not to hear the receptionist take every call & greet every customer who walks in. They did move me to a room further away from reception (at my insistence) after 30 mins of putting up with it and where the music could actually attempt to drown out the distracting voices. Although, in lulls in the music I could still hear the receptionist who obviously did not care enough about their customer to lower her voice just a little. Overall, great facial & massage etc by the lovely therapist but this matter tarnished the relaxing day and therefore I will not be going back to rozelle in the future.

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had. $165 for a facial that had my therapist (if you could call her that) spend more time using wipes of toner wiping away the 3 seconds of product she applied. Made worse knowing it was a $200 birthday voucher that my friends got ripped off for. I did mention this to them, alas they do not care as they already had the money. Warning, do not waste your money at this salon, there are far better in the area and in Sydney.

Absolutey unexperienced and unknowlegeable staff member did my treatment, the massage was a joke. My friends and I will not be going back.
