One of my favourite yum cha places. Service is great expect for the 'managers' dressed in black who attempt to avoid any physical work. Yum cha selection is great and the trolley ladies are always kind and hospitable. Avoid ordering an alcoholic beverage and just drink the tea for goodness sake.

English skills lacking; ordered 3 times and still got it wrong. Authentic atmosphere, but menu is huge and gives the impression for the possibility for prepared, reheated items. Carpet is dirty.

Food is great! Very wide selection of tasty treats, the staff are pretty cool too. The downside for me is the manager, who is insanely rude and really puts a dampener on the whole experience. It's like she thinks you're really inconveniencing her just by being there. I have been there many times and have only ever seen her be rude to anyone and everyone who goes. It won't stop me from going, but I really do think it's a shame as it's got so much else that's awesome

Went today (Father's Day) for lunch with family. It was very busy. The place looked nice after the renovation, however we had big trouble getting food - there were only a couple of trolleys (with steamed food) around and they were moving very slowly, and no hope of getting to our table quickly enough to ease our hunger. So for the first time in our yum cha history, we were constantly looking around for the trolley and food, quite desperately. We got sick of waiting, so I ended up asking the waitress to bring some food, and also walking to the trolley to get food. We were not alone as I saw the people on other tables also searching for food. The management should have prepared better for a busy day like this.

I love this place. I am a nobody but here some of the waiters even the manager know me so I always feel I get that VIP treatment... This place is my favourite for yum cha but tonight we came for a celebration dinner. The manager suggested some dishes which are more than our expectation. Both thumbs up
