There's bad service then there's Toppinz
If you're after great pizza.. don't go to Toppinz
If you're looking for great customer service.. don't go to Toppinz
In fact, if you're looking for any sort of manners.. don't go to Toppinz.
The reviews for this business must be fake from staff because the real reviews show what this business is about.
I consider myself a fair consumer but when your Pizza order is late every time it's unacceptable.
The worst part though is when your order does not turn up at all and they try and blame Menulog. In case anyone was wondering, the message from Menulog is NOT autonomous and an employee needs to physically enter into the machine how long the order will be before it turns up.
On what I can say will be the last time I ever use this terrible business, we called to see why our order was not delivered yet after an hour and a half and received verbal abuse from a very unprofessional employee.
He claims that Menulog is the "issue" but I think the honest consumer can see past the lies and know that this is not the case as this does not happen elsewhere.
We were also told that if we wanted a refund, we would need to call Menulog.
Here's the best bit, Menulog let us know that Toppinz completed the order and it was not an error from their end.
Steer clear of this business (unless you want to pay for food and not receive or be yelled at by employees with no people skills)

Disgusting service.
We gave this local pizza place another go as we thought the first time they were really late was a one off.
Late, extemely rude and terrible, terrible food.
Avoid or you will be yelled at if you question where your order is!

One of the most tasteless pizzas I've ever had. Only thing that had flavour was the lemone slice. Garlic bread was pritty strange tasting and cooked weirdly. Go anywhere else if possible.

Terrible customer service. Pasta was delivered completely burnt and black. People were rude when asked to have this fixed and blamed menu log. Whatever you do, don't risk it here.

i wish i could give zero star. we ordered at 6.30 pm and it's 8.00 pm and still no delivery. this is the worst delivery i have ever experienced ever! i wish i hadnt paid for it online.
