Had lunch at the buffet today 31-10-17, was one of the first ones up for the 1130 buffet and already the food was mostly cold, 1 hour into the meal I developed diarrhoea and this lasted most of the day. This was the first meal of the day for me so was not something I eat earlier in the day. Over all the view was excellent but the place is old and combined with the bad food experience not worth the money.

The view is amazing but apart from that, very poor experience. The food was far below average, we ate half a plate each and left. Very small selection and basic. It was all cold and not cooked very well. For the price you would certainly expect better food. We left hungry and considering actually eating a dinner somewhere else.

What an embarrassment, especially as an iconic tourist spot...not only to the restaurant itself, but to Sydney.
Food is very bad and not appetizing at all...You can find better food at Subway, Mc'Donalds, whatever restaurant you can name. Won't come back again.

I have read several reviews and I have to say they don't reflect the excellent experience I had here. The range of food is phenomenal, the drink options are fantastic, every table has a clear view of the city as far as I could tell and whilst the staff were not the most sincere I've ever come across, they were courteous and professional. There was plenty of space to walk around and didn't seem to be anyone trying to get my large table to leave. I think many of the people writing poor reviews were expecting service like that found at 360 Bar and Dining on an adjacent floor of the Tower which is a restaurant, not a buffet. Honestly, if you want a good BUFFET experience, this is definitely worth the money. I haven't spoken to anyone who was unimpressed with this venue.
