The most disorganised fast food place yet. You’d be waiting at the counter to be served while 6 people are trying to make the drive through order. Half of them are bludging.
Forget the fork, knife, towlets and the spoon for the gravy.

Ordered delivery last night from the Red Rooster website. My order was made just before 6:30pm from Lakemba Red Rooster. I live about 2 streets away but was busy so thought to myself.. I'll order some food by the time I free up it'll be here.
7:30... Still no food. 1hr for 3 rippas? 2 streets down... I called.. the manager said that he didn't get the notification at his shop till 7pm.. so firstly there is a problem in your system.
8pm.. Still no food. At this stage I could have walked to your store. Read the manual on how to prepare the food and done it myself. But still no food has arrived. Called the manager and he starts to get annoyed at me for calling and asking what's happening. Anyway.. he said the driver had already left.. so I thought cool he must be pretty much outside. I'm like 500m from the store.. 750m if you're bad with distance.
8:30pm... Still no food. I go out the front of my house.. think okay... maybe there is something blocking my street? Perhaps it's my fault... No. The delivery driver is not here yet. Still no food.. over 2 hrs waiting. Manager seems not to care.
Finally he arrives.. the driver doesn't seem to know he has to come to me.. moves like a slug and finally comes to my driveway... at this stage I've been standing out the front of my house for about 3 minutes just waiting for him to get out of the car. The delivery driver was nice enough. Not he's fault that the managing staff can't handle a simple order on time.
As for the food itself. The chips where cold, mostly undercooked and overall unpleasant. The pack was half full.. I paid $40!!! And I got half a pack of cold chips.
The bacon in all three rippas where cold and undercooked. There where three strips on the order and dipping sauce.. there was no sauce.
Overall.. possibly the worst food delivery experience of my entire life. Over two hours of waiting for three rippas, three strips, chips and a drink. I do not recommend ordering from Red Rooster Lakemba at all.

Great food, good quality chicken, chips are done perfectly. Only sad thing is they no longer have fish and chips. Otherwise best place.
