Food is well presented but no flavour. Couples tables are crammed together. This small restaurant has a lot of staff. Feels like you're dining in the middle of central station. Baked onion with cheese, could not tell if it was onion, absolutely no taste. Pork belly had little flavour, Wagyu tasted like normal beef, definitely tasted nothing like good wagyu. Not much marbling. Cos lettuce salad was absolutely inedible. It was covered in an olive oil dressing with way too much salt.

I highly recommend this dining experience. Wonderful flavours and textures with great views if the harbour. The service was informative, friendly and prompt. We had a great time.

I found the food and the service to be of a very high quality. Great views of the Harbour Bridge and Swimming Pool.

Had a disappointing dining experience at Aqua Dining. The food quality was good but not great. Portion sizes not comparable to other establishments on this level. It was like they are trying to be too "posh" when really it's not. Aqua Dining is part of a restaurant "group" which I didn't know at booking and if I did, I would not have booked. Given of what Aqua is trying to sell I would give it a 6/10. Dined there late April, as seasons were changing I thought the menu did not reflect. The scallop starter was a cold dish and fell flat on what was supposed to be the daily special. Everything else was quite mediocre, including the service. Nothing warm or memorable. The view was the selling point but was unable to enjoy as plastic shutters closed because of the cold weather. Wine list is quite extensive and very impressive. Chose the cheese platter for desert and got an instant migraine as the blue cheese was probably left at room temperature too long, it was very runny. The portion sizes again for the price and level of Aqua was not substantial.
The most disappointing was that I booked to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mother. I was asked at booking was this for any special occasion and was told it was added to the booking. On the night 4 tables around us all got a Happy Birthday sung to them (and who knows with what) but not my mother. After everything this is what stayed with me and will make never recommended Aqua Dining.
