Tried to charge $18.99 for a $4 generic brand! Was going to have my blood tested there but dont think I trust them enough to even test my dog for ticks.

The price of medicines here are generally more expensive. The staff called laura, who works in the prescription section is extremely rude and arrogant! Will not be back

Not able to assist and not even interested in assisting with fairly simple compounding request. Shop elsewhere maybe?

Rip off. I went to buy some medication and the medicine the generic brand was 40% dearer than most chemists. I asked the lady at the front if they price match she said what for. I asked again if they price match and said the medicine was quite dear. She said no we don't with a touch of arrogance. Poor service skills were apparent. Not recommended. Why would anyone go there with so many options for chemists in Burwood who offer a much better price, reasonable service and have a smile on their face.

There is one negative review about the back office. But, Esther is a qualified Pharmacist & very helpful. She has outstanding skills. She even special ordered medicines for me. I know some are in the world of their own. I called last Sunday at 12:30 pm to pick some medicine and the woman said to come. But, they decided to close from that Sunday at 3 pm. If she had some brains, she would have told me that they were closing early from that Sunday. I drove in vain at 3:05 pm to read the note on the door they decided to close early from that day. But, Chemist warehouse is much cheaper as much as 50% for some medicines.
