Although the franchisee is very nice, I have tried to cancel my membership 3 different types of ways in the last month and I am still getting charged. They have yet to return any emails, calls or messages. I consider this very poor customer service. They keep screening my calls and I wouldn't wish this on anyone else.

Great gym with fantastic atmosphere. The trainers make you work hard but it's always a lot of fun!
