I made my appointment and on the way here decided to read the reviews. I became nervous and so scared with all the 1 star ratings but decided to continue with my appointment and procedure. And I am SO HAPPY I DID!
The consultant was so friendly and so warm I honestly felt such at ease in her office. The doctor who performed the procedure also had a consultation with me and gave me his time and recommendations, he was also lovely and friendly. The nurses who were in the procedure room where also incredibly friendly and kind, I cried in there as I was scared, she made me feel very comfortable and reassured! She wiped my tears with a tissue and gave me a warm and reassuring smile. To me that made a world of difference.
When I woke up and was in recovery the nurses their were also amazing, offered me coffee/tea/ juice and biscuits and offered again once I was done! I have had an excellent experience with this clinic and I do recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

Poor service.
It is all nice and sweet for you to pay $1100 but then it is really bad to take care of people. Not only the abortion failed but I was treated poorly. Seen by 3 different doctors that gave 3 different diagnostic. And 1 more doctor who gave me a consultation on the phone.
I have my appointment cancelled once. I waited two hours or more before to be seen. Even if I was on time for my appointment did not complain.
Then the best happened. I called to get an appointment as the doctor said and they couldn't find anything closer than Penrith and a 4:15pm appointment.
I stayed on the phone to get an earliest or closed one. But it was not available. Tried to get an appointment for Monday. On the phone they said "NO you new to be seen in the next 48 hours"
On THE day of the appointment I was called in the morning to be asked to come earlier as the doctor had a flight to catch.
They do not care I had to take a sick leave from my job to come and rearrange my life around this appointment. Then the docteur himself call me a 14:08 to convince me that it is POINTLESS for me to come. That the other doctor has read the ultrasounds wrong. Asked me so many questions that it looks like a consultation on the phone. I told him that we would discuss it when I arrive.
I live in Redfern I drove until Penrith. Got caught in traffic arrived 30 minutes late. Got a call when I was 5mn away they said it is all good.
When I arrived they told me the doctor left.
Soooo when I arrive late not because I overslept but because I had to drive 1 hour 15 minutes from Redfern. The doctor left. But when I am on time nobody cares that I have been waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen. He couldn't wait 5 more minutes!
No refund offered. No pay for the gas or for the day off work I had to take.
Don't come here they will treat you poorly. Sent you in one of their clinic far away from your place because the one in the city open 2 days a week!!!
Im so upset! This is a joke call you to come earlier on the day of the appointment when you spent more than 30 minutes on the phone to get an earlier appointment the day before.
You really do not care that people also have a life.

If you are a guy and thinking of going in to support your partner be prepared to be looked down on and judged by the doctor! You are also not allowed to ask questions or have any input as the dr interrupts you and does not let you speak...You may also be asked to leave or kicked out for having any input! Guys be warned either wait outside or dont go at all!!! This isnt a place of support as you will be the most uncomfortable person sitting in the room! Dont be fooled by the website or the secretary when you call, claiming to provide support when you will be automatically be shutdown as soon as you try to speak! If it is a one sided decision and only about the girl, they should tell you this when you make the first call...

Booked in for a Vasectomy in December 2015 and paid a $250 deposit. Was told that if I cancelled the surgery within 48 hours that I would lose my deposit. Received a call from these people 27 hours before my surgery and THEY cancelled my surgery saying that it "was no longer available at the Macquarie Street, Sydney CBD location". Eventually refunded my deposit but a complete lack of communication in doing so - no responsive. Terrible customer service and I am glad I had my procedure done elsewhere with someone who is trustworthy.
