Ordered two pizzas to be delivered, one was a completely different pizza to the one ordered. The store was notified through menu log within 5 minutes of dropping it off. I was then contacted by stones to be told the correct pizza would be arriving very soon. 45 minutes later and I’ve had to recall to be told it will again be there “very soon” when asked to clarify what that would be I was told 20 minutes. Totalling a full hour to rectify a mistake to a delivery address 5 minutes from the business. I was given a “it can be ready in 10 minutes if you collect” as a consolation. I understand Friday night is a busy night for delivery’s but that’s why to order was placed early! If you make a mistake make sure it’s rectified. Completely unacceptable.

Giving it 1 star because I can't rate any lower. Wow what an experience! Well worth the drive to this highly over rated pizza store. By far the best polystyrene "gluten-free" base I've had yet. As for the ingredients..... asked for mussels.... I've seen more mussels on Mr Puniverse! Just tried to eat an over priced, misleading, canned-based ingredient pizza and gave up through shear dissatisfaction..... Tiger prawns? Try frozen, tasteless packet shrimp.... Conclusion, looking for a good pizza? Keep looking!

I rang and asked for something with olives and anchovies. Not being off the menu proved complicated for the person on the phone but we got there. Mushrooms, red peppers, olives & anchovies. It was just for me but I was only offered 1 size and it was $22. I was so disappointed when I got it home and it was Luke warm (I live less than 1km away) and it had about 4 anchovies on it.
