I booked my cat into boarding, particularly checking size of enclosure as she’s an active, large breed. On picking her up I found she had been left in the small recovery cages in the vet clinic for 4 days, not in the boarding area. The staff were unapologetic and couldn’t care less, and saw nothing wrong with my cat being in a cage she could not move around in for 4 days. I would never trust my animals to people with such a lousy, uncaring and cruel attitude. Zero stars if it was possible,

In terms of the cattery, not a good experience. Service was slow—I waited about 20-30 min to get served by the desk, both on drop-off and pick-up.Then they gave me an incorrect print-out of my invoice. The final bill ended up a lot more what the cattery rate was, because my cat developed a condition during his stay. Also I did not find the staff particularly friendly. Won't be going back here.

Because of past experiences, I am just useless when it comes to taking my cat to the vet - I get more distressed than he does! I believe Glen Iris Vet Hospital may have cured me of my vet anxiety! Everyone I have dealt with there - from the girls on the front desk to the vets I have spoken to on the phone and seen in person - has been amazing. They are very generous with their time and knowledge and exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic and am very grateful for the care they've shown my boy, and for their expertise and professionalism. Thanks guys!

Vet did a through check up, provided medicine and guidance on how to administer treatments. However, the vets manner was standoffish, almost to the point of being rude. The vet nurses and receptionist were super friendly and helpful.
