Always too busy with other members taking up too much space/ hogging equipment. No convenient times to use the pool as there's always swimming lessons on. If I hadn't been an idiot and signed a contract, I'd look elsewhere.

Superb squat racks with deadlift platforms, plates very neatly organised. Facilities (wardrobe) nice as well.

After 3 months of membership I've realised this location is busy ALL day. Don't expect to find a machine or weights bench unless you're the roided-up tiny-singlet type. Bikes and cardio equipment are older models compared to other FF locations. Staff are either staring into space or playing on their phones. Would love to see a reorganization of the layout to make it a friendlier and more welcoming space.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Goes for all Finance First clubs. I regret the day I ever signed up. Good luck trying to cancel your membership, they make it unnecessarily difficult even after you've paid your entire contract of 12 months for example you still have to give twenty one (21!) days notice. Contract was ambiguous and I wasn't informed I would be continued to be charged after my contract was up. Absolute scam. Avoid. There's many other clubs out there that won't rip you off, are not crowded and under equipped.
