When this place opened a few years back I had high hopes. It has clearly been mismanaged: variety of groceries, cleanliness, general condition and maintenance are now sadly at a point that I am surprised anyone still shops here. Fruit and vegetables are rarely fresh, stock is left all over the floors and neighbouring stores sharing the same floor space have been brought in to prop it up, separated only by rudimentary walls of boxes and paneling. I don't recommend this place to anyone. There are other much better Asian grocery stores in Footscray.
