No star. So very disappointing. Time and time again. Tonight has taken the cake - I’ll never be able to eat from here again: there is a lady cleaning the walls, standing ON the frier/food prep area (!). That’s bad enough. Then I witnessed the lady taking orders scratch a DOG behind the ears, take my order then proceed to handle food with bare, unwashed (!) hands!?! Disgusting. I am in shock. My food in the bin...

Shared packs priced for two but odd numbers of dim sims and potato cakes etc. 10 dollars extra to make it for two.. Wildly varying tempatures over food that should be deep fryed at same time.. Go to a mom and pop instead. Pay extra for sub par food cause they wanna have a pretty store... 28 dollars wasted...

The guy wasn't using gloves or tongs to pick up my fresh salmon pieces. Says he doesn't have to wear gloves. Said he just washed his hands but admitted that the white powder over his hands were from gloves! I'm not paying $30+ per kilo for that! Now I see why only 3 star rating on Google. I remember this place being so different 20 years ago. I used to come here all the time.

A reverse fish & chip shop. Chips are okay, flake is good, upmarket items like calamari greek salad & barramundi with rice are really quite nice. The more adventurous you get the better the food is.
Would be five stars if the chips had less sog & more fluff n crunch.

Update: Tried this place again, they definitely open after six and we definitely got "chips" this time. We ordered a 1.2L coke for $4.50 and 2 "boxes" for $5 each but received 2 small boxes that were only half full. Absolute rip-off so the review is staying 1 star.
P.S. update your opening hours.
Old review: They don't sell "Chips", they sell fries. Expensive, tasteless ones at that. They also must be the only fish n chips shop to close at 6pm. It's not like I want dinner or anything.
