Caroline treated me for frozen shoulder and I can thoroughly recommend her. She is intuitive and an amazing health professional with warm manor and a holistic approach. She also is an expert practitioner of craniosacral therapy. I am very pleased she is now based in St Kilda at the Stables.

Caroline has been helping me with the arthritis in my neck for the last 6 months. I have tried many treatments with various forms of success and failure over the last couple of years, and none have been as successful as this. The gentle releasing of my nerves and the light repetitive movement of my joints has increased wellbeing tenfold. She explains what she is doing and has a very softly, softly, gentle approach that I find soothing and relaxing when I'm often in terrible pain. I walk out of my treatments feeling so much better and based on the results I have had I highly recommend her to anyone who has neck, jaw and arthritis issues.

Caroline Welsh at South Yarra physio has been treating me for a sore shoulder and residual pain down my arm. She uses a fascinating technique called Cranio Sacral Therapy. It's very hands on and it feels amazing. I felt an almost instant relief on my first visit and after several treatments, the improvement has been remarkable. It would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
