I've been coming to Malvern Back In Motion for 4 months now and have had dramatic changes. After years of suffering severe pain, I now have minimal issues in day to day tasks. The Pilates classes they hold are helping with any stiffness i may have and are so much fun! I have already seen positive, long term changes with the help from the attentive caring and friendly staff! Highly recommend and would not trust anyone else!

The crew at BIM Malvern have been excellent in the strengthening of my lower back and the customer service is first class. Will be recommending to all friends, family and colleagues.
