5-minute walk from Woolworth's, 10-minute walk to UniMelb tram station. Cleaners come everyday. Staff were really friendly.
If you're coming from abroad, make sure you get the pass code to enter as the door is locked with an electric lock.

Clean rooms, excellent location for those wanting to be near Lygon St. Parking advertised and purchased is not in the same building, instead it is a blovk up the road

Overall a good place but there is problem with the intercom which is need to be fixed otherwise it's hard for a guest to come in.
