Went in to buy a triangular scale rule they had listed on their website for $9.95, thought I had found it myself, then the guy from the back counter came up to assist which he did but seemed to be a smart arse about it , I took what appeared to be the correct item to the counter to purchase it and it came up as $25 rather than the anticipated $9.95. I took it back and the guy enquires what was up I told him what I wanted and he said we don't stock everything off our web site and that their on line prices are cheaper, after attempting to briefly explain that I thought it may have been a different brand of the item he stated we don't have it and again offered a product I had not wanted. After saying not to worry about, I turned to leave he said in an in an inappropriate manner 'off you go then' and as I looked back he had his hand in the air and was making sweeping me out the door motion with it. Certainly not the sort of friendly and respectful customer service I would expect from a store that is fast becoming obsolete because of things like the internet, staples and office works. How many other people has he behaved this way towards???

It looks like a paper shop from the front, all the stationary is at the back. Great range, helpful service.

Massive range of stationery and office supplies at competitive pricing.
Bulk orders at better pricing than the major competitors.
Rang for a quote and very knowledgeable about products.
Was part of the Norman Bros chain who have been around for over 100 years

I arrived there to get my parcel redirected there by Toll. Forgot to bring the Toll card but I've got the Toll email and ID. The cashier just ignored me and served other 7 customers arrived later than I did, without giving me any explanation. Several customers were confused by what he did and asked he should serve me first but he said 'no she is alright' while I was not, I wanted to get the parcel asap and left for my next appointment.

He finally served me after everyone else was gone, saying ' I need to manually look up ur details since u didn't bring ur card'. But all he did simply took him 1 minutes, less than many other service processes. He kept me waiting there for 15 minutes.

'First come first serve' is the international retail rule, no matter how long the service request takes, manually or automatically; not to mention my parcel only took him one minute to process.
