Terrible! We were already quite surprised when the entree pizza came out within minutes. The waiter (who most don’t speak very well English - another sign that it’s not authentic Italian) couldn’t even tell us if the pizzas were wood oven. Pizzas had no taste and very undercooked! Other entrees which were disappointing, the salsiccia has a terrible tomato purée which seemed straight from the can and only warmed in a microwave. Garlic aoili for the eggplant fries had zero garlic
Main meals Chicken was very tough and dry. Spaghetti marinara was ok, lacked flavor and was swimming in water at the bottom. I was worried that the seafood was undercooked as well when the cherry tomatoes were still as hard as they come straight from the packet.
As for service, quite poor. The waiter had to ask us if we were waiting on more entrees, which he had written down our order only 10 mins ago. Cutlery was forgotten. No real understanding of the menu. No bowls of lemon water for seafood dishes. Of utensils to crack crab shells.
Finally when we had requested to speak with the manager all we got was a sorry for the bad meal.
Would not return and gladly advise others to do the same.

Delicious pasta and rissoto. Service was fast and friendly from all staff tonight. Underpriced for the meal sizes and taste.

Ok food although my chilli crab had no chilli in it.. service was pretty bad. Waiting to get our order taken then no cutlery for the crab dish, no bowl to put the shells in. Don't think i will be going back in a hurry

I've had better pizzas from Coles. Not authentic Italian food. Non Italians in the kitchen and behind the counter. Nice staff, average pricing but we wont be back.

Went for dinner last night, really nice pasta, service was great by this girl.
May be the guy at the front can do little bit better with his customer service skills. Looks like he was forced to stand there.
