Skip the first floor and head straight up to the rooftop. Much better vibe, especially in summer

We made a reservation which was fine. They stuffed us in the corner which desperately needed a paint job and plastering as the ceiling was flaking. The specials board had an item on it and it was in the menu but when I tried to order this item I was told that it was available for tomorrow not today. We ended up ordering steak. This was ridiculously overpriced, really tough, fatty, and chewy (their medium rare is more rare than medium). It came on a huge plate with lots of rocket with vinegar and salt with what they claimed were croutons. They charged extra for sauce or jus on the steak. Left feeling hungry and disappointed. One of the staff was really nice to us but otherwise they were standoffish and just a little rude. I had to ask for water for the table and although they continued to be filled up we weren't acknowledged.

Went mid week for dinner - was made to feel welcome upon arrival, atmosphere was great and not too loud, food came out promptly, meals were excellent and cocktail selection was fantastic - Dean really knows his stuff!
And not overly expensive - entree, mains and carafe of cocktail for $130. Very happy.
Will be going back for the roof top bar.

DELICIOUS , I've heard of this restaurant before but I didn't think that what people were talking about was true, I'm amazed every dish is a perfection. Love it.
