The facility itself is fine. However, outside they took away their tiny carpark to replace it with fake grass and planter boxes to go with the cafe and food trucks that always seem to be there (which also take away from the small amount of street parking), there's always an event on so you can never get to the service counter to get your mics without waiting in the bar queue, most of the staff dont know what any of the gear is so it's very difficult to hire amps or get help with the PA's if you need it. They've stopped caring about the rehearsal room facet of the business to focus on whatever else is making them money.
