Friendly and professional, quick assessment of the situation and immediate action. Took great care of Tink and even post procedure care-- better than at a recent stay at a people hospital.

We had to have our male rabbit put to sleep and they were so careing we have since had to take our 3 female rabbits in to have their needles and again the vet was so understanding and very helpfull we will be taking our girls back in 6 months for booster shots

Thank you to not only the wonderful vet who cared for our 16 1/2 year old cat Miss Morgan but also for the amazing Abbie and Bridget for the their understanding. You are an amazing team. Thank you again.

As a first time puppy owner, I was researching vets in the local area, and although there are a few good ones around Launceston, I decided to try ANIMAL MEDICAL CLINIC. My puppy Cody was due for his first injection and I made a call to the receptionist to inquire on cost. I was greeted with a person by the name of Jen, who was friendly as, and once the appointment was booked, I took Cody into the Vet and was greeted with bubbly customer service and nothing but love for Cody. Once in the room, the Vet, Megan was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about caring for my Bullmastiff X. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will continue to use the vet as my main vet. We we're even sent home with a welcome pack, and Cody loves the bikkies!! So we'll be back for sure. Top Service. Top local vet. If you don't believe me, try for yourself and see. :) A++++++++
