The practice is extremely expensive and has long waiting periods for booking appointments. Despite organising an appointment well in advance the waiting period once at the Centre was also very long. Reception did not follow up on important communication following my appopintment and I am still chasing this up over a week later.

Apart from Doctors, they also have counsellors with virtually no waiting at half the cost elsewhere ... I saw a guy who was really good. Going back...

Transferred our care from a regional clinic when we moved to Launceston and was worried we wouldn't find a good doctor - but couldn't be happier! Office staff answered our questions quickly and professionally: even the ones I asked about a local cafes as we arrived (very) early. The waiting room is a lovely open space, well designed and comfortable. We are also very impressed with Dr Telleson - she is efficient, knowledgable and personable. The rates charged are reasonble - it's not any specific clinic issue but government policy on medicare rebates that creates a problem.
