What happened to all the less than 5 star reviews that were removed, isn't the purpose for "honest" feedback?
I posted mostly positive feedback 12 months ago that's disappeared. I noted that my health fund didn't cover all the fees and suggested a screen for some privacy at reception.
I would have liked to update my post re. a recent treatment when my changed insurer paid a better refund. There have also been improvements in the waiting area.

Dr Bing made my experience to the dentist very calming. Having not been to the dentist for quite some years, Dr Bing put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Bing was very thorough with my procedure and follow-up. He provided me with very informative information and great advice/options about future treatments. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. A very professional practice! Thank you😁

I have had treatment at Prospect Family Dental a number of times in the past 4 months, as I required a few fillings and an extraction. Dr Bing is kind, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He explains treatment plans in detail and is non judgmental in his approach to explaining options.
Dr Bing and his staff work professionally and swiftly, and have a fine attention to detail and commitment to excellence that is not always found in health care. Their facility is immaculate and inviting, and the TV on the ceiling and music playing is calming during stressful procedures. I would recommend Prospect Family Dental to anyone who needed the dentist.

A really nice modern dental clinic with friendly dentists and staff. It was so cool to see the amazing technology they have to make same day crowns and screens on the ceiling to watch movies. It's great to have a local dentist who is caring and provides quality treatment painlessly
