Great food, ( I recommend the 4 course set menu) the best snapper I have ever had. Also amazing chilled cocktails for a warm night

This is probably one of the Best restaurants in Australia. Skip mains and try titbits & entrees.ofcourse the Dessert menu - Absolutely delicious

The restaurant is well-presented - inside and out. From the tables to the food, everything looked flawless.
Upon entering, we were shown to our tables instantly, and provided with menus and table water.
While we only ordered coffee and desserts, they were both delicious and fast to arrive.

Disappointed, great view and ambience however very very very slow service, despite very well staffed. Greater than 40min delay to breakfast from ordering.
The food was tasty, though missing bits from the order, such as the eggs from the eggs and beet on toast...
When charging a premium for breakfast it does require service to match the price, sorely lacking today.
Saving grace being the complaint management from the supervisor on shift, who did an excellent job in apologising despite the ongoing delays.
I never did get my chocolate brownie, which was ordered with 1st coffee...

I am terribly disappointed. Not angry, just so disappointed. I have only ever heard amazing things about this award winning restaurant as you would expect but my first experience was everything but great.
We were first greeted by a young lady with "Hi guys, what do you want" ...
Sat down after letting her know we would like to have some cocktails.
Another young lady then plonked some water glasses on our table and walked away, 5 minutes later placed a complimentary bowl of what seemed to be dried chips in front of us, these were delicious but I unfortunately don't know what they were as it wasn't explained.
My partner ordered the Nu Nu iced tea as he orders the iced tea first no matter where we go, I ordered a passionfruit drink with egg white which is my favorite!
They came out and looked beautiful but wow, for the well known cocktail to have the most alcohol in it, the iced tea at Nu Nu was more like drinking a $22 coke.
I am a massive fan of any cocktail to have a beautiful creamy egg white top but to my disappointment the egg white on top of my cocktail looked as though it had split and was not silky like it should be.
It's fair to say we didn't bother staying for any other cocktails and when we had given our feedback of the disappointment the lady didn't have a care in the world, this made us upset so we then wanted to know where management was and she stated there was no manager on shift.
Unfortunately we will not be wasting our money on this restaurant in the future and would not recommend it based on customer service alone let alone the standard of cocktail. We are from Melbourne and can't wait to be back home and get a proper cocktail experience.
