Ordered a burger, waited for them to make it, then saw it sit on a counter for a good 10 minutes or more before they brought it to my table.

Polite staff but overpriced food. They took foul smelling garbage bins out through the middle of the restaurant while people were eating so I doubt this place would pass health regs, not clean and not a heath conscious clean attitude. I wouldn't eat here unless I was looking for a side of salmonella!

Always have loved the food here. Great Burgers and the mixed chip share plate is always amazing. The Zucchini chips rock. The vibe is also pleasant. Staff have always been friendly.

Ordered the HotBird burger and it was nice but it wasn't as hot as I expected, basically the same amount of heat you could expect from KFC or Subway. I really enjoyed the zucchini chips over the regular potato and sweet potato varieties. The kitchen did run out of regular buns during the evening and had to replace them with the panini variety, which wasn't an issue, but it's certainly unexpected that a franchise would run out of their basic bun in the first place. The knives provided at the tables were the worst feature, they were disgustingly dirty with food crust still at the hilt and water marks all over. Very embarrassing for Grill'd, luckily I can eat a burger with both of my hands. Decent location and aesthetic but the serious grubbiness of the restaurant itself will make me avoid future visits.
