G-d Bless Lee! We had traveled from the US to WA Mother's day weekend. Picked up AWD vehicle at Europcar at Perth Airport, and off to Cervantes. While touring the Pinnacles, we had a blowout on the Pinnacles track. Got donut spare on and back to B&B. Called Europcar, Geraldton, and got Lee, by mobile, on Saturday night. She said "no worries", and we met her the next morning at Geraldton Airport. She opened the terminal for us, and we swapped out rental vehicles. Lee saved our trip. 5 Star Service. We are Europcar customers for life because of Lee. Kudos!!!
