This customer service is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. It is understandable to be cautious and I can understand how frustrating it can be when someone orders food for delivery and does not show up, but that does not mean you can give attitude to every single customer and even lie about things. If you guys are so concerned about no shows, then don't deliver. Plain and simple, instead of being so hard headed. That way, it would be easier for everyone.
