Didn't have a very nice experience friendly nice staff but massage techniques, pedicure and facial were all lacking the requests made weren't fulfilled we won't be coming back :(

Amazing salon with beautiful staff! All my treatments are wonderful and up to expectation. Will continue coming here for a long time ❤️

First off, I hate giving back reviews but this was just....
The location is inconvenient being that a children's play area and a major stores loading dock is right outside and the treatment rooms not soundproofed. It meant there was a lot of noise pollution which is not great for relaxing and I'm sorry, stop with the Enya music, please!!!
I received the signature facial. Horrible, just horrible...I don't know if it was because of all the noise, horrible music, lack of technique or the seriously feeling that the Esthetician was providing a half-arsed service...I spent my time wondering when the experience was going to be over.
I spent 1hr in there and left feeling not the least bit relaxed and gritty, as the exfoliation wasn't properly cleaned off during my 'treatment'.

I'm a beauty therapist and have been in the industry for 8 years I needed a little tlc I walked in and rang the bell no one came out so I assumed they were busy as we do in salons I understand that.
so I just waited for a bit two therapist walked into the shop past me to I assume to start work they just smiled at me I wait 20min with no one that came to ask if I had been looked after or to just wait and someone will be with me soon. I'll be going and getting a facial somewhere els

I left it on for too long and they let me come I the next day to fix it, it looks great and I love it!
