You'll love it!
I went to Xtend Barre on a promotion and I love it! The exercises are amazing and the instructor are so lovely. Surely you'll be in pain for the first few days but after that you'll feel better than ever.
It's perfect for you to work out here in the early morning, then go to your work afterwards. Parking in the early morning is free too! :D
