We were visiting Cairns and one of my sons brackets broke while on vacation from Texas. The wire was poking his gum and was painful. Even though it was near closing they stayed open giving us time to get there, they fixed his bracket and we continued our Holiday without incident. So nice and helpful, we really appreciated everything they did for us. If they are that nice to strangers I can only imagine how nice they are to their regular customers.
