They stuffed up my appointment and although the young girl was apologetic, was quick to blame the manager, as she is in charge of the bookings. I would've anticipated an apology follow up the next day as so much emphasis had been put back on the manager-got nothing. Got to have half my appointment, which was okay I guess-definitely wouldn't be rushing back for it tho.

I've been lucky enough to be using Elle Hart Beauty for the past year from the new premises, love the space and the fact that it's not in a busy centre. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with brilliant treatments every time. Cannot fault this place, I recommend it to all my family and friends.
