I recently had dysport done on my forehead at the Brisbane salon due to being recommended to go there. This is not my first time having the treatment done however unfortunately it is by far the worst experience I have had. My 2 week checkup was cancelled by the salon as the nurse was away. I went to the appointment the following week as rescheduled and they did not have my appointment booked in. I was asked to wait 35-45 minutes to see the nurse however I did not have the time on that day. The laser skin lady took a look while standing at the reception but advised it was not her department but seemed to look ok. We discussed the movement still being obvious but agreed it should settle. I booked in 5 weeks after the treatment as all movement was still visible. A different nurse from the salon took a look and straight away agreed the results should be much better and if she had been the nurse treating me she would have taken a different approach. She began the discussion of fixing this up, and spoke with the lady at reception to find she would have to charge an additional $160 to go over what should have already been done properly. I was advised they do not fix up these errors if you don't come in on the 2 week check up, and because I came in on the third week I was not covered, even though both checkups were mistakes on their behalf. Since then the lady who recommended me had the same issue and was only redone at no cost due to her not settling for this. Bottom line - it's been 9 weeks and I still have full movement and wasted my money. I was also advised being my first visit I got it at a discounted price, which going back I found I was charged full price as normal. If I could give minus star reviews I would give 100% negative on both the treatment and the poor customer service. Do not recommend the Brisbane salon to anyone.

I have been to esteem Medi Spa several times now and love it here. All the staff are really friendly & professional and always do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the Esteem Day Spa today for the first time. I have never seen a dermatologist or a skin specialist before and I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The nurse I spoke to was so warm and friendly and she took all the time to answer all of my questions and queries about skin and skincare - she was so patient and she had an incredible wealth of knowledge. I was so impressed with how lovely the whole team were and how professional.
I will most definitely be going back very soon!! Highly recommended :)

I was very excited when Esteem opened it Brisbane. It's so hard to get good personalised service. I love that the girls always ring to remind me of my appointments and always follow up without fail. My skin has been amazing following the advice of the staff. They are all very well trained and exceptional at what they do and have a real joy about them.
