The staff are rude and dont understand servies. I had to ask for a refund because they took my order and served customers that came after me and just left me waiting for my lunch.

The girl that served me today was rude, careless and impatient. She asked if I was having it here or takeaway, I specifically said takeaway and she places the salad on top of the register and says "$10.50". I had to repeat myself twice for her to put a lid on it, like it's common sense to listen to the customer. I also asked for some soup and her response was "We ran out" no explanation, no nothing. Once I had given her my card to pay the young lady just pay passed, I find it rude how she didn't ask if pay pass was okay because I don't use pay pass. Whilst I was being served I felt like I was being rushed even though there was nobody what so ever behind me, the customer service was very poor and she kept having conversations with her coworker. I would highly recommend that you stay clear of this place if this is what their staff have to offer, very disgusted.

The salad had 3 tiny bits of chicken in it despite the display being packed full of chicken. Whats worse is I caught her taking chicken out when I looked up from my wallet.
