We ordered on line for a family meal almost 1 hour ago. after calling the manager at the Moorooka store I get to speak to a manager named Kai who informed me that I will be waiting another 30min for my food to be delivered,
The customer service is beyond unprofessional . He pretty much did not care less.
We could at least get a phone call saying that it would take over an hour for a fast food chain to deliver out food.
I have a hungry child and a pregnant wife . We could of ordered something else.
Management are one of the main people that represents the business , I found him very unprofessional and rude , he should be trained in customer service.
Ordered our food around 7:50pm and received it at 9:02pm - recipe saying cash paid at 8:21pm.

This is the best Red Rooster/ fast food anywhere!!, and I've been to them all around Qld. Spotlessly clean, amazing friendly and competent staff, best service of any store in Brisbane. The food is made with care, it shows. When you ask for extras in rolls it is out in with care not just "chucked in" and left in the packet. Great work team, worth the 15 minute drive from Wacol for lunch a few times a week!

Only been here a hand full of times and it's all been generally pretty good and fresh but the whole car park / drive through set up, I don't get it.

Been here last Friday. They have a really jolly service crew, they are nice and accommodating.. But I suggest to make your drive thru better.. Don't get me wrong.. I came for the food and the food here was nice.. :) Will definitely come back here some time! thanks folks!
