We frequently stay at The Novotel Brisbane with our two children. We like to use it when we come for a weekend away. Staff are always polite and do a great job. We love the breakfast too. Standards are always high and that is why we keep returning. Kids love the kids room and the food and bar is great. Love the Oktoberfest food theme.

My family and I had a great stay at Novotel Brisbane. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant in the foyer is a great place to have a drink or a snack. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and the pool area was a hit with the kids.
Overall we had a great stay and it was a great experience. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by another night.

Hotel was really posh and food was really yummy. I used the pool and had fun. I loved the kids corner and played with my sister there.
Dad says that hotel was actually better than description suggested and was pleasantly surprised. Location was fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

The room was lovely and the staff friendly. However there were a couple of things which really should have been better for a Novotel hotel.
1. The room keys often stopped working after a couple of hours. They would work in the lift but not the door. This happened twice to me and three times to my husband in two days.
2. The internet kept dropping in and out. Not good when you are trying to do a business call.
3. The air conditioning was directed onto the bed. It was not possible to leave it off as otherwise the room was stuffy.

I really appreciated the changes made at the Hotel since my last stay. The choices in dining were much better with the new bar venue being a standout. The staff were exceptional and very efficient and my room was spotless. The few wines I tried were great and I appreciated that I could get a standard glass or a larger helping. The food was good, although being mostly vegetarian it is difficult sometimes to be catered for. Still, there were a few different meals which suited.
