The staff seem very kind, and the interior of the place looks decent. The exterior could do with some work but it's not a big deal. The hotel rooms are comfortable, our ceiling light was broken but I feel like the bulb must have just stopped working and can be replaced easily by staff at any time. The kettle in the hotel room looked a bit dodgy, smelldd odd. Probably should buy a cheap replacement at kmart for the kettles I'd say. Other than that it was a very comfortable room in convenience location to the city, nice and close to fortitude valley and the cbd.

Definitely do not recommend. Arrived to check in and were demanded an unexpected $200 bond per room ($600) which we won’t get back for up to a week. Every single guest had to give their ID to be scanned, and given a lecture before check in. Spoken to very rudely and childish from reception staff, ridiculous ‘rules’ in which we each had to sign a form for. Overpriced. Very poor service. Absolute stuff around.

We wandered in to the Indirya restaurant underneath unannounced and with a large group. All the staff were so accomodating, we were treated so well and the food was amazing!! We haven’t stopped talking about the amazing food we had, a lucky find for us!

I had to go to Brisbane on business at short notice .. I found the hotel clean, comfortable and cheap. I did read the reviews but remember this is a cheap hotel (my room was $90 over night WITH parking tossed in) Staff were friendly.. all in all I was impressed... oh the rooms on the street were a little noisy.. so next time I will ask for a non street room..
